DIY Portable Peplum

And we’re back! I apologize for the lack of posting over the last month. I am just coming out of a bit of a quarter-life crisis and I had to take some time to breathe and think but I am back now and I promise that soon it will feel like I never left you at all. Forgive me?

The entire time I was not blogging I was thinking about what my next post would be. Peplum was literally around every corner, on every page of every magazine, and on every slideshow from every runway show begging me to DIY it. I think it is safe to say peplum is in this season, ok? I love peplum. It’s so lady-like with a bit of old-world quirk and sass. Peplum is popping up on everything – dresses, tops, skirts. This DIY makes peplum portable- it’s a belt you can put over any piece you already have to make a peplum silhouette.
